 Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 Shipping Rates: We are proud to offer standard shipping directly to your doorstep. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

 Estimated Delivery Times: Because we source our unique inventory globally to bring you the best curated home essentials, items typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days after fulfillment. Please note that delivery windows are estimates and can occasionally be subject to carrier delays outside of our control.

 Tracking Your Order: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

 Damages and Issues: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately via our Contact Us page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so we can resolve the issue for you right away.
